A personalised holistic facial designed to support your skin, relax your facial muscles, and work towards a gorgeous glow.
After your consultation, products will be tailored to your specific skin needs and will include a double cleanse, exfoliation, toner, mask and serum / moisturiser. Products are removed with hot towels.
Uplifting facial massage, targeted Facial Reflexology, Acupressure and Gua sha are combined in a tailored treatment to encourage improved circulation and skin tone and lift and sculpt your face.
To further enhance the experience, your treatment includes a neck, shoulder and head massage whilst your mask is working.

The Gua Sha ‘lift & glow’ facial treatment

A beautiful treatment focusing on using Gua sha tools and facial cupping on neck shoulders and face. All elements combine to work on lifting, sculpting and releasing tension in face, neck and shoulders.
Hot & cold mushrooms are used to work into tight muscles and depuff and cool where necessary.
Skin is cleansed before starting and an oil used throughout. The oil is removed at the end of the treatment and moisturiser and spf applied.
The Facial Acupressure treatment
£70 - 60 minutes
A deeply relaxing and balancing treatment working on the acupressure points of the face, upper chest, scalp and neck.
Also includes shoulder, neck and scalp massage.
Treatment can be tailored to support a range of symptoms and includes personalised self care points to work on at home.
Skin is cleansed with oil cleanser and hot towels.
Zone Face Lift with Facial Reflexology

A wonderful treatment designed to ‘naturally lift both face and spirit’ and promote ageing well.
The treatment includes a Bergman method facial Reflexology treatment and combines this with Japanese style facial massage and facial Gua sha.
As well the holistic benefits of Facial Reflexology, this treatment also works to release tension in the facial muscles and reduce puffiness, sculpt the jawline and improve skin tone - all building towards a healthy glow.

A targeted treatment focusing on key reflexes to aid relaxation and support any issues you are currently facing.
Indian Head Massage
£25 – 20min
A tension relieving massage on the scalp, upper arms, neck and shoulders using oil. Not recommended if having a treatment which includes scalp and neck work.
Gua sha or cupping lesson 1:1
£30- 30min for 1 tool (cups or Gua sha)
£45 - 45mins for both tools (cups & Gua sha)
An individual lesson with tools provided for use in class and handouts for home use.

‘Length of treatment’ includes consultation time at start and feedback and holistic lifestyle suggestions at the end.
Mobile: It takes approximately 15 minutes at the start and 5 minutes end of a treatment to set up and clear away the equipment so please allow for this extra time when planning your day.
