A special nurturing treatment designed for New Mothers, focusing on gentle and calming touch, balance and hydration.

The treatment includes:

• a neck, head and shoulder massage using hands, oil and warm crystal mushrooms to ease tension

• a facial using nourishing and moisturising products to gently cleanse, nourish and soothe skin that could be tired or inflamed. A gua sha stone to soothe muscles and gently lift

• Bergman method facial Reflexology designed to encourage balance and relaxation

• optional add on of 30 minute foot reflexology

This treatment is recommended at home so you can relax in your home surrounds and not worry about getting yourself to a treatment space.

I include a 30 minute buffer to the treatment time allocated so there is no rush and you can break to feed / soothe your baby if needed.
